To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must have tried to reach out to our support team for assistance.
  • Refunds are granted only if you are genuinely unable to use the plugin or it doesn’t function as promised.

Please note:

  • Payment gateway processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • Refunds requested after 14 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description or documentation.
